Gave birth unmedicated twice and I highly recommend counter pressure! This is a great option and works wonders when trying to focus on anything but the contractions! It holds up great and fits well in my small hands, comfortable to hold. Great price!

Worked amazing for my birth!!! Really helped with contraction pains. I was skeptical about it actually doing anything but I’m so glad I had it in hospital bag!

I was not aware this was a thing until right before my baby was due. I ordered one last minute and I’m so glad I did. Though I did end up with an epidural, I did wait until I was in extreme pain to receive it. I used this labor comb in the meantime to work through contractions and I did find it helped. It’s a decent thickness and fit comfortably in my hand. It was inexpensive and I loved the little slip it comes with along with the thin wrist strap on the comb itself so I could keep it close to me.

To be honest this birth comb didn't really do anything for me while I was in labor, HOWEVER I continue to hear that it works super well for other people. I think it's worth buying and trying it since it's so cheap and it's worth having on hand during your labor just in case it does work for you.

Beautiful sturdy birthing comb. As a birth doula it’s been very important for me to have essentials in my bag that last through ongoing usage. My clients love this one and as it’s extremely easy to use, and I love it because it’s great quality for a great price.

I am happy I bought this comb!! I swear by it, it helped me a lot during my contractions! It helped to distract me and to squeeze something. This helped me more than the laughing gas they gave me at the hospital. Unfortunately it broke during the end but still was able to use what I had left.

Used this for my natural birth at the end of January, and while I was skeptical that it would be effective for the pain, this comb worked fantastic and it having the wrist strap was an added bonus in the moment. It’s a thick wood material, and fits comfortably in your hand, and is no way flimsy. Definitely great value for the price!

Super helpful during labour and provided a medium level of impact/pain/distraction (depending on your grip strength). Good quality and helpful case to put it in and protect.

Personally for me this didn’t work at all 😞

Can’t say it was just This but managed a drug free birth with my third baby and squeezed this the whole time.
