We use it to separate our goat milk to make butter (or whipped cream) and to freeze dry the milk. This definitely has a lot of parts and takes using a few times to remember what goes where. Make sure to let it come to a complete stop before dismantling any parts (to prevent milk from spraying out the back).Tips for goat milk: 1. Pour a kettle of hot water through just before the milk to heat the unit 2. use older separated goat milk (3-4+days) 3. Heat the milk to 100* first.

Returning this product. The welds on the bottom of the motor head were not a good bead. Only tack welded and it leaked all over into the housing of the motor. There was not Snap sound when installing the separator and the fat content adjuster didn't seem to work.

When I got the machine I unpackaged it and read all the instructions there is an o-ring but I don't know where it goes and it is not mentioned in the instructions or the YouTube videos that I watchedI have contacted Vevor to find out where this o-ring might go and why it leaks. Update: Vevor responded promptly and advised it is a spare o-ring for the centrifugal motor

Poorly made — the price you pay is simply a loss

manual was poorly written for English speaking. After reviewing several U-Tube videos I realized that this was going to have to be completely taken apart EVERY time it was used inside and out and put back together after drying well and this step needed to be absolutely accurate. The machine went back the next day without even trying to get it together and used.

This one I had to return but the support staff at Vevor were really great and sent me another one that worked perfectly.
