This product has a long list of ingredients that all contribute to good health. The main ingredients are collagen, biotin, and vitamin C. I was hoping that this product would help with my bruising issue. After using this product now for a month I haven’t noticed any real difference with bruising. It does help with the general condition of your skin. It is easy to mix and I usually use it in smoothies. I was a little disappointed when I first opened the container it appeared to be only about halfway full. I guess the weight measurements are more important but I was still surprised. We got the unflavored and it didn’t change the taste in the smoothies at all. I also feel it is slightly overpriced.

It arrived with a strong seal on it. It’s about a half full container. I mixed 2 scoops with milk and some frozen blueberries, cherries and strawberries as well as some red beet powder (for blood circulation) and it came out to this really yummy frothy (think mousse) chocolate raspberry (from the beets) shake. I love it and it’s so healthy. I can’t wait to see the results in a few weeks. Getting older so I really want to start taking better care of myself. I’ll be very interested to see what this does for my hair, skin as well as my digestive system and bones. But it tastes great and about $30 less than Skinny fit Super Youth canister and it lasts 2 to 3 weeks longer so I’m really excited.UPDATE:It’s been over a month and I still have at least a week of scoops left. I’ve been using one scoop a day after getting chest pains with 2 scoops. ( I did google and excess collagen can cause heart issues)I’ve noticed thicker, more “ dewy” skin. I’ve also noticed it helps with weight loss (but I’ve also been walking) and I’m less hungry after taking it for breakfast. Not sure about hair growth as I’m growing out my hair anyway, but I felt increased energy and possibly promoted faster hair growth.I’ll keep updating as I’m planning on ordering more!Very much worth it!

This taste. Dissolves better than any I tried in the past. Have been getting compliments on my skin since using it.

Al principio no me agrado el sabor tan fuerte pero lo empecé a mezclar en mi licuadora con agua muy fría y lo pones en un vaso con hielo..así esta riquísimo y la verdad me uñas crecieron en 4 días ya note el cambio..después de 2 semanas mi piel está mas bonita..lo recomiendo

i’m glad i got this skin health supplement powder, but i don’t think i’ll order more. i like that this has multiple nutrients that should boost skin health, but i think collagen and biotin are the main ones, as the amounts of the others are rather low. i’ve used this a few times and haven’t noticed any immediate good or bad effects. i’ve used this in hot coffee, a smoothie, and seltzer water. it mixes easily in a hot beverage or a blender, and doesn’t affect the taste of whatever it’s in. it doesn’t dissolve well when i just use a spoon to stir it into a cold drink. this is currently listed at almost $50 for a 360g (12.7oz) container, which is a bit expensive.my only complaint is that each serving has 100 million cfu of lactobacillus acidophilus. for reference, i have another beauty supplement that has 5 billion cfu. so this is such a small amount that it probably does nothing, but it seems a waste if you use this in a hot beverage, since they would be killed at temperatures over 65 degrees celsius. the directions don’t specify not to add it to anything hot, so i feel like they only have it so they could have “probiotics” on the label.
