My husband and I have not slept very well for the last few years and I have been looking for a magnesium supplement to help. Although these former supplements have helped a little, Vinco Glycinate 3-in-1 has made a vast improvement to my sleep. I drop off to sleep immediately and if I do wake up during the night, I drop off again in a matter of minutes. I have found that just one capsule does the job. I decided to try this triple magnesium because it is supposed to help with muscle and nervous functions, as well as reducing fatigue.I usually take glycinate, but I heard that triple magnesium can provide synergic effects and enhance the individual benefits of the 3 types of magnesium.The capsules are easy to take with a glass of water and preferably with a meal.I hope to see benefits as i continue the course daily.

Excellent, tried a different brand as they were cheaper, they made me feel ill!Defo keep buying these ones

The contents/brand seem to be of good quality but I have noticed I am not getting the usual benefits I get from some other quality brands of Mag' Glycinate. I am not sure why?! I started back on an old brand and within 24 hours, the benefits returned?! It could just be my own body and it would be fine for others.
