I had high hopes for the 2500W Handheld Steam Cleaner, but it turned out to be a major letdown. First off, it doesn't even get hot. Instead of producing the powerful steam you would expect, it releases a cold mist, making it ineffective for proper cleaning tasks. Even worse, the handle heats up quickly, becoming uncomfortably hot to hold, yet the actual steam remains lukewarm at best.Another huge flaw is that there’s no trigger mechanism. As soon as you turn it on, the steam—or rather, the cold mist—starts spraying constantly. This makes it difficult to control and wasteful, especially when you're not ready or trying to move it between areas.Several other customers mentioned these issues in their reviews, but I figured it might be an isolated problem. Unfortunately, it’s not. This product grossly underperforms, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for an effective cleaning tool. Save your money and look elsewhere.

This steam cleaner is a great addition to my household appliances. I like the vibrant color, which is a drastic change from the usual standard shades of an appliance, but what I really like was it's performance. Mannnn!! This baby heated up remarkably fast just within a few minutes. It also came with an extensive collection of nozzles and a protective glove. These nozzles are perfect for grout lines and tight corners, brushes that is ideal for upholstery and floors. There's a tool/ nozzles literally for every surface. This steamer is very powerful as it dissolved stubborn dirt and grease within a short time without a total mess. I Highly recommended for anyone looking for a versatile and efficient cleaning solution.

Unfortunately I couldn't return this thing to Amazon, because of how this thing burned and almost caused a fire in my house, I think it was defective and that caused that, I didn't even think about taking a photo as proof of the burned product, since I The only thing I thought of was to put that thing in a bag once it cooled and throw it in the trash, and Amazon couldn't do anything to return my money, very disappointed.UPDATE:Since unfortunately I couldn't have help with Amazon for a problem with the item I was very disappointed! But thanks to the seller that it was very kind contacted me and helped with my issues thank you for that! I put 3 starts just because the seller Amazon costume service was terrible in help with my problem, other than that still I was happy with this item, it was good and helpful for cleaning some very hard areas to remove stuck duty food or other duty things, but unfortunately the item have that problem and it was very short time that I can tell how good or bad it was in months or years!! Anyway, I still recommend the item despite the problem I had, but is no for me anymore.
