Out sunny awning is amazing! I purchased this is for premade sunroom that does not have studs. The sun comes in one side of this window and makes it so uncomfortable to sit in. I was trying to find an awning that would work as the sunroom is also an odd size. This fit the bill perfectly arrived quickly very well packaged easy to install and company was very helpful. In some questions I had had. I highly recommend this product and the price is very reasonable. I plan to order two more for a couple of other windows on the side of our house that also get full sun exposure. I have also recommended this awning to other people they do offer many different sizes and color ranges. it’s also very sturdy as we found in some rain and it functions very easily by just cranking it open or closed.

Love the look and ease that it rolls out and retracts. There are more expensive awnings available but roughly $300 this is a great option.

Super complicated to put together if you read the instructions. We did wayyyyy better watching a video on YouTube to help assemble. Quality is good, we like the shade.

Watch a video for assembly and installation. There's couple of things that ought to be in the printed instructions. Otherwise you may spend most of a day puzzling out the fine points. Structure is well-designed with attention to ease of attachment to building. Fabric is adequate, not chintzy. Good fit and finish, and the mechanism works smoothly. They warn you that this is not a wind-resistant device, so plan on cranking it closed after each use. Great value for money.

I hired someone to install the awning. It took two people 6 hours to install. One reason why is the product had parts on the wrong side and it had to be taken apart and put back together. The installer had to buy different screws to secure it properly to my house. It’s not an easy thing to install so please beware before you purchase. I like the look of the awning, however, I am very skeptical it will hold up to any kind of wind as it is stated it will. Time will tell but I probably will keep the awning closed if there is any wind above 10 miles an hour. Our back patio gets very sunny and hot in the summer and I really just wanted it to provide shade so we can sit outside and not melt. Just won’t be able to use it if it is too windy. I think the manufacturer should work on quality control and writing a better instruction manual. It is a very good value compared to awnings sold by Sunsetter and if you have a tight budget, then this is your awning. I paid $200 for the awning and paid $375 to the installer so I’m all in $575. Sunsetter wanted over $5,000. I’m sure their product is higher quality but it comes down to how much you want to spend.

I can't say enough good things about this awning. The price was great and the shipping was fast but the BEST part about the purchase is the awning itself. It is simple to assemble, is a substantial product and mounts easily. I love it as does my wife who gets the most use out of it...and helped me mount it. Purchase this item with confidence.

This awning has quite a few issues. 1. the assembly/installation instructions could be more clear. We had to backtrack and redo many steps throughout the process to get it right. 2. the paint on the metal scratches so easily that there were many very visible scratches by the time we had it installed not matter how careful we were. 3. The awning trim piece that has the wavy edge continually blows up and the gets stuck on top of the awning, even in a gentle wind. This likely could have been easily fixed in the engineering/designing process. 4. we just had a 15 mile per hour wind and the awning immediately blew upward, bending one of the bars. Now it won't retract properly and I'm afraid after all the work installing, we are just going to have to trash the thing. It only lasted 5 days.

Used this to provide shade over a portion of our pool. Attached to our pump house and worked amazingly well. Good quality and functioned as it should. Fabric did fade a bit but considering it was out all summer, I expected it would. Durability of the fabric seems good though.
