What is the Rockwell hardness?

They have roughly the same hardness as pot methere's pot metal. I accidentally sent an arrow into the wooden frame holding my target in place and it bent the tip in a near perfect J hook. These things are good for cosplay and little else. P.s. my frame was made out of Cedar just in case you were curious.

Are universal?? as in say can they screw into any arrows?

Yes, these heads fit a standard threaded arrow shaft. Very nice.

are the threads standard 6-32?

Yes, they are standard. I don't know if they are 6-32 but they fit every arrow inset that I have without issue.

Can these be welded to an iron gate ?...what are they made of ?...

I don't know what metal they are made of, but I can tell you that they don't blunt, bend, or shatter even when your grandson misses the hay bale and hits the side of the shed (a rather hard, aged wood). He missed a lot and they're still good to go. They are tough, so I don't see any reason why they couldn't be welded. Then again, I've never welded anything.
