Is the 6qt honeycomb saute pan nonstick?

Yes, but I understand you can get it either way. I preferred the honeycomb.

Is the pan completely flat side to side? been a tfal user my whole life and they're not flat. oil goes to the side while the middle burns.

The answer is no, it isn't flat. It can be frustrating. We have learned to either use more oil for a deeper fry OR use an oil brush for putting a thin coat on the pan after pre-heating.
