Nice little wick watering pots at a value price. Not heavy duty, but should work well with small indoor plants.

These planter pots arrived in pristine, new condition with all of the expected components included. I wanted to mention this because a few reviewers had said they received dirty or used looking pots, cracked items, or some pieces missing from their orders. I received 6 brand new items with both inner and outer pots, and all 6 of the watering strings included. I'm very particular about the items I display in my home. I had admired these pots online for a while but wasn't sure if they'd look as good in person. I wanted the lighter weight that plastic offers over ceramic, but nobody wants to put their pretty plants in cheap looking pots to be displayed around their home. Anyway, my African Violets were finally in desperate need of repotting so after a year of looking at these, I decided to order. These planters look great in person! I'm so happy with their appearance and quite pleased to display them in my home. Though they are lightweight plastic, they look anything but cheap. They have a substantial look and a nice finish to them, and when the inner pot sits in the outer pot, they become very sturdy and rigid. They start out extremely lightweight so that by the time you add soil, plants, and water, they are still so easy to lift and move around, and it's easy to add water to the outer pots as needed for plants like African Violets that do better when watered from the bottom. Some reviewers commented that the slits on the inner pots weren't fully punched out. I'm not sure, but this may be so that you can choose just how many slits you want to utilize in order to customize the amount of drainage to your liking. I found it quite easy to push the slits all the way open with just the edge of my fingernail, with no damage to my fingernail. The cuts for the slits are already in place but how many of the slits you open is up to you. The two round holes on the bottom to run the watering strings through come fully punched out and open. I chose the 4.5" pots in the white color option and they are a pure, clean, bright white. I find them very pretty. I knew before ordering that I would use these pots without their watering strings. Because I like to let my African Violets dry out between waterings, I simply add water to the outer pots as needed letting my violets have a good drink, and then I empty the excess water out when done. This is the method I always use for watering my African Violets and I was so pleased that these new pots would allow me to easily continue with that method. This set of 6 pots is so good looking and is a steal for the price. Though I really love the classic white color I chose, I may order a set in the hydrangea blue color next. These pots are a great value. Unless you select the wrong size, I don't think you can go wrong by ordering these. They really upgraded the look of my plants.

I liked the product but it took a week longer than expected to arrive. These are light weight but look very nice. They did not come with string.

These pots prevent me from over watering my violets and they look very nice also. They look like ceramic but have the benefit of being lightweight and unbreakable.

Really like that you can pull inner pot out water well at the sink and then drop it back into the outer pot. Prevents over watering.

Purchased the 4 inch size to repot my venus fly traps.The black inserts were properly formed and the drainage slots were open, I didn't have to cut any plastic away as some previous reviews mentioned. No noxious smells either.The white outer pot is a little thin (measures at 1.5 mm thickness) but once you insert the black inner pot they mate together and the overall pot is quite sturdy.All in all I will definitely purchase more as my plants multiply.

I loved the colour, size ect. The interior black pot is very useful for my orchid seedlings. Price was very good so I bought more. Will save up to buy more. T op marks.

This pack of 6 plant pots come as size 6 inch and are also self watering and are priced at £16.99.The plant pot's are plastic and come with a black inner which has holes through and also some rope which is the main reason I got these, I am always either over watering or not watering my plants enough so always end up with dead plants and I had just realised I just shouldn't have plants until I saw these and I love this idea. You put water in the bottom of the pot then add the black inner with the rope in the bottom and plant your plant, once planted the rope controls the amount of water so it can drain into the bottom but the rope will absorb the water up into the soil if it gets dry keeping it moist at all times and therefore giving the plant the best care possible for the forgetful owner.Other than this the pots seem well made and durable whilst also looking nice with the modern design and easy to clean plastic. I would absolutely recommend these.
