Very close 2nd to fresh homemade pasta!
Our extended family makes fresh pasta so I was surprised when a family member asked me to track down this pasta for an upcoming dinner with guests visiting from out of the country. The pasta was prepared with fresh, homemade, pesto and was nothing short of amazing. The texture was perfect & I definitely would not have guessed it was premade. I will definitely recommend/purchase again.

What’s to say, pasta is my favorite food and the strozzapreti lend themselves to any type of sauce. They cook up perfectly al dente and have a nice tender, yet chewy mouthful. Love this pasta
