This tastes good, even with mixing it with just water. I really appreciate the low calories and carbs on my restricted diet. It fits into my diet better than most I find. It blended very easy and was really easy and pleasant to drink.

Overall this is high quality protein powder. It mixes easily, has good ingredients, but the amount of servings you get from the package makes it a low or at very least questionable value.You can get twice the servings for a similar value from other good quality brands. Between this and the poor quality resealable bag, I cannot recommend this fully. It’s still a good quality protein powder…As for the goods:- convenient package (less water than big plastic tubes, but the seal is not great, doesn’t snap close as easily as many others I have used)- good quality- not very sweet- you can mix with you fury and freeze for some high protein cookies and cream ice-cream like mixture.Overall though, questionable value and poor sealing bag cost this points and I’m giving it between 2.5 and 3 stars:
