What a great company to work with. Had an issue with one chair, contacted the company and their customer service team is excellent. They promptly responded and sent me a replacement. I have never worked with a company that is so focused on the customer. We are already planning on purchasing more furniture for our community pool next year from them. Forgot about how easy the chairs are to assemble and how great the instructions are to use. Easy and detailed. Overall great product and company.

My favorite new chair at the pool! I love the colors and the quality. It is very sturdy even for my larger guests. It reclines easily at several different positions. The cup holder is also great. I don’t have to worry about my drink being knocked over by the dogs or kids. My husband was able to assemble it within about 15 minutes because the directions were very easy! I am going to get a cushion to make it more comfortable—but that is what I would expect from this type of chair.

We bought a pair of these chairs for our deck. They are well made, good composite material, everything fits and assembly was straightforward.A couple of things to consider. While adequate tools are included the supplied Allen wrench is clumsy and slow to use. After the first chair I replaced the supplied wrench with hex driver with a screwdriver handle and things went much faster I was tempted to chuck up the driver in a power drill but was nervous about overdriving the self tapping screws which would not be good so I stayed with the screwdriver handle.I was only doing two chairs so it wasn't a hassle but if I was putting together ten of these I would definitely break out the DeWalt and be very careful.I also assembled them indoors as there are a lot of small nuts and washers and if you are like me you will drop a few.I like the chairs just fine but they could be better. I am 6'2" and if they were three inches longer and three inches wider I would like them better. They would also look dressier if the connector holes were countersunk with caps but they to would no longer be $300 a pair.They are going out on a new Timbertech deck so I dropped six bucks at Ace for nail on feet to avoid scratching the deck.

These are really nice and worth every penny. I had some cheaper plastic chaise lounge chair that look off every time the wind blew. These are solid and have some weight to them. They are well built and I can see them lasting for years.

These loungers are awesome! The mesh type fabric is super comfortable and dries quickly. The poly material of the frames looks like wood and handles all weather conditions. They are heavy, but able to be moved easily (since they have wheels) and even have a handy cup holder attached. We love these chairs!

Beware! I am having a very terrible experience with this seller. I ordered these chairs online and when I got them in and built them, the boards in the middle of the chair are very flimsy and bend a lot when sat on. The chair is rated for 300+ pounds and I am about 140 so this was a bit crazy. I had both my mom and sister try and it and ask what they thought about the bend and both of them said it was concerning and seemed unstable and likely to break long term. I decided to return them and got 1 label from the team to do so. I unbuilt and packaged up the chairs and drove them down to UPS, which they are pretty heavy so wasn’t ideal but it is what it is (my husband has a hernia so he wasn’t able to help lift anything and it was just me). I got to UPS and they let me know since it is two chairs (set of 2 on 1 order), they need 2 labels not 1. I was only provided with 1 so I called customer service at Amazon and they had to reach out to the seller for a 2nd label so I had no option but to put them back in my car and put them back in my house until I got the 2nd label. The seller then got back to me that they wouldn’t provide a 2nd label until I sent them photos that ‘proved’ the boards were flimsy. I can’t provide this without re building the entire chairs, which is beyond ridiculous and not something needed for my initial return label in the first place. All I need is 1 second label to make the return for the 2nd package. UPS also told me this is a very common occurrence with Amazon and that they never provide two labels upfront for furniture that comes in multiple packages, so this is a common and known issue, and they were not very helpful throughout as this is a ‘third party seller’ on Amazon so they don’t actually care about helping the customer themself. Hopefully this seller actually gives me my 2nd return label so I can get rid of this, but after several emails and customer service calls I’m not entirely sure! I definitely won’t be buying anymore products from them and would recommend you don’t either. Got much better quality chairs from Costco for like 20 bucks more and no hassle there and great service. Stay aware! Will update if they decide to be decent and just send me my second label.

These chairs are great quality. My husband says that they were fairly easy to put together. The only downside I had was that it was extremely hard to find cushions to for these. I purchased Arden selections outdoor plush modern tufted chaise cushion 76x22 and it fits them perfectly. Just to save anyone some time if you need to find cushions. I definitely would purchase cushions for them because they are pretty hard without the cushions.

Great product. Excellent quality from this company. I also purchased rockets and Adirondack chairs by this brand. All excellent quality, easy to assemble just took a bit of time.
