It was broken.
It was defective. I don't remember what the defect was, it has been too long. However, I wouldn't have returned it otherwise.

I actually thought this item looked like a 3-D and that's not the case at all. The picture looked great, but the item doesn't look that good. I decided to keep it because who it's for she likes snowman is why I ordered it wasn't worth the trouble returning.

Pretty but shiny glare
Pretty design but because it’s a circle of heavy plastic, the colors appear more muted than the photo and light can bounce off the surface instead of through it as a Christmas ornament. As a window hanging it would be small but beautiful.
