Santa Cruz Organic Creamy Light Roasted, Peanut Butter, 16 Oz

I read the reviews before purchasing. This is definitely the creamiest most delicious PB ever. I finished the smuckers organic creamy PB prior to this purchase, it was too thick and hard to mix and it wasn’t creamy at all, and hard to spread on toast. This one was perfect! I expected the need to mix it because it does have natural oil at the top. After mixing it, no need to mix again, it stays creamy and delicious. I received it yesterday and already used it 4 times in PB&J and smoothies! Definitely will be purchasing again…Edit 9/25/22:you do need to continue to stir it once you get closer to finishing the product, it tends to be dry and very hard to spread on bread. I used the rest in smoothies. I will def be purchasing again, it was delicious.

I bought the creamy type only because Amazon was completely unable to keep the crunchy in stock -- until the day after I bought this as a substitute. But Santa Cruz is, to me, the only peanut butter worth buying. It would be even better if they reduced or omitted the salt, but it's otherwise as good as it gets. It costs more.EDIT: Months later, crunchy still almost never available, although it appears momentarily on rare occasions. To anyone complaining about the peanut oil that separates on the top, you should buy no-stir (and less healthy) peanut butter. Real peanut butter like this has to be stirred vigorously and thoroughly and for longer than you might expect in order to completely blend the peanut oil back in. Then refrigerate, and it will never separate again.

I have tried so many different kinds of peanut butter over the years, and almost all of them made me feel sick after eating them. I gave up on buying it for a very long time, until I discovered this light roasted kind of peanut butter! I think that it is the dark roasting of nuts and of peanut butters that always makes me feel so bad after eating them. I only eat raw nuts, so when I saw that this brand made a lightly roasted peanut butter, I decided to try it. Now, I am addicted to it!I love both the crunchy and the smooth kinds. I also love the glass jar that it comes in. As long as I don't overdo how much of it I eat, I can enjoy the wonderful flavor of it and still feel good afterwards!!

This was one of the best PB I’ve ever got tbh ~You absolutely have to make sure that you take the time to carefully and thoroughly mix it all up when you first get it before you refrigerate it.If you do that, you will have a perfectly creamy texture and won’t ever have to mix it again.It’s worth it because this is really good and such a good value. I’ll def seek it out again.

Great product! Smooth, nicely roasted, very tasty. Only thing is it isn’t salted so that’s the only drawback for me. I didn’t realize it wasn’t salted. But oh well. I have sea salt. No biggie. Oh, and be sure to store upside down so you don’t have a flood of oil every time you make your PB&J. 😘🍇🥜🍞

I use this with grape jelly and 2 slices of bread. It's really good. The other dark roasted Santa Cruz is really good too. You might want to try that one as well. But this one is better than most other high priced peanut butter. Maybe I'll go crazy and buy both kinds just to keep it interesting. Also, this peanut butter mixes well, not too many stirs to get it to the perfect consistency. You get free bubble wrap with the item, which is also fun. Thanks for reading my review. We like this so much, have a subscription. Also buy when ordering on Amazon. Like the ability to have a three pack too. Spread it on WASA Multi-Grain and the Rye crisp, great snack multiple times a day. Wife tells me I need slow down on it then spreads it on some WASA herself. I don't get any respect......

I wanted organic peanut butter and this is organic peanut butter. It tastes good. I keep it fresh in the fridge although it doesn't last that long as we like it. Will continue using this brand.
