I got these to make ice for my cold plunge pool.I was impressed with the quality of these molds. They have rigid support built into them so they don't flex and spill when you're carrying water to the freezer in them. When the ice has formed they easily peel back from the sides and with only a gentle bit of encouragement the ice plops out, a perfect block.I don't think there could be better ice molds of this size. Recommended.

Well made and help create large bricks of ice. 5lbs each in weight to be precise.It's very sturdy and so can keep the ice block rigid and it's not threatening to slip out or crack all the time.Happy to recommend.

Just a mould for large pieces of ice. Too big to put in the ice tray in my freezer. Product description talks about using them in an ice bath but you will need to freeze quite a few before you can. Not sure if this is an answer to a question that never been asked, as you could just freeze the same volume of water in a sealable bag. Could use it, and then break up the ice to use in drinks. Would be better if it had a lid so I could put it in a normal freezer drawer. Overall ok, but not recommended.
