It works too a point but it causes bloating and gas. So if you don't mind parping as you walk and looking 5 months pregnant it's fine. It does work.

Useless
Absolutely useless, does nothing to curb hunger. Instructions are to take two with 1-2 glasses of water, so it’s actually the amount of water that’s making you feel fuller

Sadly didn't work as well as hoped.
To get any kind of Benefit from these I had to take 3 times the recommended doses so obviously then it doesn't last the quoted month supply

Read the side effects before you buy
The tablets worked in a way I definitely wasn't as hungry. However they gave me horrendous stomach cramps and diarrhea..I wouldn't recommend taking them if you have a sensitive stomach
