Good Quality Seeds
This is a substantial sized bag of seeds, which should last for some time! The bag they come in is not resealable, so ideally, you will need a bag or container to store them in. Care is needed opening and transferring them as they are very small and easily spilt. The seeds themselves are good quality, they are well rounded and plump. The seeds have a good slightly nutty aroma, and on their own taste similar to sesame seeds. The seeds can be used in a wide variety of foods, from breads, sprinkled on salad, fruit or porridge or used in smoothies. They add a pleasant nutty taste and add some texture to the food.
