NOT CONDUCTIVE AT ALL
First off it is DEFINITELY NOT conductive it's basically standard dielectric grease. second off they aren't sealed and they ALL came completely covered in the grease and it doesn't look to have leaked out but rather done during packaging. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT
