Meh, not sure after a few dives...
They work but seem to be a little flimsy. Not sure I will keep them on my fins.

Couplings do not securely attach to fin
They comfortable when the fin is fitted, but tend to detach from the plastic lug on the fin when taking the fins off. We have been in danger of losing them altogether when taking the fins off in the water. The plastic couplings at the and of the start are of very flimsy construction.I'm going to search for an alternative, but for this particular fin, I don't think there is one.

Great fin straps
I brought these fin straps for the cressi frog (original) fins and they fit really really well replacing both the fin strap and clip as they connect directly to the fins. I can now put my fins on independently and no longer need to ask my buddies to tighten my fins which is exactly what I wanted.
