Great, good quality cushion - I suffer with back pain on a daily basis, very sturdy cushion that provides great lower back support (can take a little getting used to) Makes sleeping alot more comfortable and alot less painful when getting up on a morning.The cooling effect of the pillow is also great, stops you getting too hot/overheating.Cushion comes vacuum packed, very easy to take put of packaging and assemble.

I bought this pillow as I have been suffering from chronic back pain, which is particularly bad at night and causes my sleep to be heavily disrupted most nights due to the discomfort. Being concerned that our mattress topper is not providing me the support I need, I hoped this would alleviate some of my issues.I'm a week or so into using it and am happy that the product is accurately described and appears to be build for purpose. I have marked it 4 stars rather than 5 as I struggled to get comfortable the first couple of nights and found that it was actually too thick for my personal needs, especially seen as the cooling pads are quite chunky. As such, I removed the cover so the cooling pads weren't bulking it out and found that the bare pillow was a far more suitable depth. It's a shame, as I do get hot at night so I would have liked to take advantage of the cooling qualities.Since removing the cover, the pillow has aided my comfort far more, however I expect it to be a long time before my back is pain-free as there is very fairly a quick-fix.

I bought it for my husband who suffers from a back pain for years now. He had to use the combination of 2 different pillows to get comfortable in front of a tv.Using 2 pillows was always tricky, and he had to readjust them every time. With this new pillow it stays in place, but also due to the jelly pads, the pillow holds its shape under the bodyweight and doesn't sink in,but soft enough to be comfortable for the back.Cooling effect is great. He says he especially enjoys it as he is always hot. Of course because of the body heat it will eventually get warmed up, but it takes time nevertheless,and while it's still cool it gives a bit of a relief for the iflamed area.It can not be washed though,not the cover ,not the pillow that goes inside, take it into consideration. But apart from that it's a great little pillow, very well made. It delivers support exactly where it's needed.

This lumbar cushion has made a huge difference to my lumbar pain—it's firm enough to support my lower back properly, filling the gap between my spine and the mattress so I don’t wake up from the pain. It works great whether I’m sleeping on my back or on one side. I've also used it on my neck while I watch TV, and the gel feels amazing. I also like that I can remove the cover and wash it. Good value for money.

On delivery came in the tiniest box. ( Thought it would come as you see it in the pics). Came with instructions but you dont need to follow them to set up, also in the instructions gave you areas of where to place the pillow for pain relief. I purchased this as having lower back pain. Wanted something to push up the spine rather than it been curved when sitting/sleeping. It's pretty firm but also soft. Has a 100-night trial and if your not happy a full 100% refund is offered. It's not a cure but hopefully will bring dome relief.

The pillow is well-made and provides some support, but I didn't find it as effective as I had hoped. Initially, The gel layer offers a cooling effect but eventually warms up with body heat. The size is convenient and reasonably stable, but I didn’t notice a significant difference in my relief.

Great product.. its is soft, and tall enough to support my back while sleeping.It has really helped my back, i could only sleep on one side because of my pain., now I canswith side with the help of the pillow.
