elegant and classy italian brilliantine (very soft pomade) with an awesome lavender scent. leagues above its greasier american cousins like tres flores, as it is less oily and more malleable. a little goes a long way, so careful when you apply and do so in very small batches if you want to avoid the greasy look. i use a hard brush to style for a sharp parting and then a soft brush to bring out some nice shine, but don't expect any great hold if you're going for tall jobs like pomps or to straighten wavy hair, for which it's not strong enough. i use it for suit & tie work when visiting clients to give me a nice polished look or for a black-tie function to add a bit of style to my outfit. this is old-school stuff, so avoid if you're looking to style for the street or going for the trendy look. although made of plastic, the small covered soap dish-style container looks great on your bathroom shelf. cheers & take care!
