These are so freaking good!! And easy to make! It is a super cheap dessert for one!!

For a delicious personal desert cake with milk.....mix two packets with milk in a bowl according to the directions. Generously butter the inside of a 6x3 (or as close as you can get) glass baking dish. Pour cake mix into dish and bake at 350 for about 20-25 minutes...you're welcome!!

I used to get these in the grocery store. But, now I can’t find them except on amazon. I like to include a packet and it’s frosting as part of a birthday gift to single friends. That way, they get some birthday cake without having a lot of leftovers.

My pre-teen daughter loves mug treats (rainbow chip cake is her favorite) and for some reason, we struggled to find them in stores. They are a quick, simple dessert she can make herself. She kept asking me to buy more whenever I'd go to the grocery store so when I saw I could get them on Amazon, I had to stock up for her. We have a big supply now so they'll last her a while, but she was so excited when they were delivered!
