They are not soft at all.

Ordered bigger size and it fits
Based on review from others , I got two size bigger and it fits . Width is suitable for small feet . And definitely not soft as described.

It's disappointing because the description says extra soft..but this sandal is extra hard and it doesn't fit as per the size mentioned. I returned
