The only type of birthday cake we bake in my house! Tastes amazing, super easy and quick to do, great value for money cos it makes 1 cake with leftover for cupcakes, excellent quality. A lovely, soft sponge thats very light texture.

Gave us explosive diarrhea for 2 days. It taste yummy but unless you have 2 days to spend getting to know your toilet really well I wouldn’t buy this. Yes we cooked it to the correct temperature and our eggs were good just not a good mix for our tummy’s
