Never really have any luck with these things but I’ve been giving them a try. Finally I came across this and I definitely see a difference I thought I was crazy because I’ve tested so many and non of them really made any difference. I take one pill 30-45 minutes before I pump in the morning and my supply has doubled. I’m honestly super shocked! I am satisfied with this product.

This has been a game changer for my supply. I noticed an increase within a few days of starting this postnatal. I also appreciate that the serving size is a single capsule while many others require taking multiple throughout the day

I felt my milk supply decreasing to only 2 oz per pump around 4 weeks (I also went back to nursing school 4 days pp so stress was probably also a factor lol ) but I took 1 cap in the morning and 1 at night and around day 3 of doing this I’m getting 5-6 oz in a pump ! makes me feel better about feeding my baby , make sure you drink lots of water ! This helps with the milk thistle so when you think you’ve drank enough water drink more

This product helps. If you make sure you take the pills daily, eat, stay hydrated, pump and breastfeed as often as you can... You will see results. The pill may help but it doesn't replace pumping and breastfeeding.

With these pills I’ve had no clogs and a sufficient supply. However for three weeks my baby had horrible reflux. He kept arching his back, squirming during feeding and he choked when put down flat. I tried to feed him upright, keep him upright after feeds, I elevated his crib and the doctor prescribed him PPI. Nothing helped. For all three weeks he couldn’t sleep alone or lie flat. My husband and I had to constantly hold him day and night. Three days ago I decided to eliminate dairy, citrus, caffeine and all supplements. Sure enough two days later he’s a brand new baby. He has no reflux and sleeps just fine. At the same time I got a clogged duct and I hadn’t had that in a while. It turns out that this reflux was caused by these pills. They worked for the clogged ducts and increased milk supply, but I can’t take them because my baby suffers.

From the beginning I was giving enough milk. My baby was 1 week old and I gave 9 oz. But I had to get an antibiotic treatment and I can't feed my baby and I still kept extracting the amount of milk from 9 to 2 oz. I started taking different supplements until I found this one and in 3 days my milk increased from 3 to 6 or 7 oz every 3 hours. I'm happy because I started my milk bank again and I can finally feed my baby without having to mix with the formula. ❤️ I hope it continues to increase me more. 🙏🏾
