I have used powders before, and they work well; However, these creatine capsules are effective and super convenient option over traditional powders. I've been actively going to the gym for years and I wanted to try creatine to see if it would help my performance. I do think these are helping with my energy level and performance while doing higher intensity exercises and/or longer sessions. I also think it's helping with my recovery rate as I'm able to go to the gym more frequently with less rest days but maybe this is a placebo effect? Not sureMy only minor irk with this is that you're recommended to take 5 pills daily and the pills are pretty big. I have a slightly hard time swallowing large pills

I have bought this a few times and I think it is high quality and I will continue to buy it, but I have noticed that when you are towards the end of the container the powder clumps up and gets hard as if it is retaining moisture. I think it needs packets in the container to absorb moisture and keep the product soft and dry. There is no flavor and it does seem to dissolve quickly in liquid.

Purchased for my son who has started working out and wanted to gain a few pounds. Not sure if it was just this because he also changed his eating habits, but he gained 2 pounds in the first week. He said he also felt more energized during workouts.

This is an affordable and easy way to get your creatine dosage. I enjoy it not having to be mixed into any liquid. The capsules are huge but they are easy to swallow if you only do 2-3 at a time. Nice packaging as well.
