Okay so I’m an ex-smoker and have been vaping for let’s say two years…So initially I wasn’t happy that these aren’t cigarette flavored and have no exhale…but I got used to it and I feel like it’s a step down from vaping. i’m also using nicotine patches. I also tend to chew on them, so they’re definitely addressing the oral fixation.

What a waste of money. Cheap plastic. Reminds me of toys that one would get out of a gumball machine.

Wonderful product! I was able to quit vaping cold turkey. I smoked for 11 years before and had tried to quit multiple times prior! This is the first thing that has worked. It pulls like a vape and you can taste the mint without all of the harmful effects of smoking. No nicotine!

To small. hard to hold

I bought these to help with my hand mouth fixation while trying to quit. I was surprised by the fact that if you take a really long drag, you get a cooling sensation in the back of the throat like you do with vaping. Obviously you have to put in the effort to cut back - these aren’t going to cure your cravings. I’ve been using these for three days, cold turkey, w/ meds to help prevent intense withdrawals. I don’t know if they would work well for cigarette smokers but they work well for me and I was vaping high doses of nicotine for 6 years.

Just received. Believe me I am a 45+ yrs smoker, was very rethought the purchase so many times after order. Thinking probably wasted money. BUT I LIKE IT AND IT DOES NOT TASTE BAD EITHER. I AM DIFFENTLY HAPPY AND GOING FOR QUIT SMOKING SO HERE TO THIS PRODUCT. Maybe come back and change to 5 star in a few days.

These have a very chemical taste. The first hit is the strongest flavor fades very quick.
