I'm not sure about this product if it just didn't agree with me or was it some cheaper nasty version. I tried it for a week. 2 a day but all it gave me was a gassy stomach and Diarrhea so sadly couldn't take the full month. My friend had amazing reviews off an expensive one 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Lies they are half the weight so why would it even be ecdysterone

I have been using these for over a month now as a 63 year old male with problems walking about my muscles have deteriorated some what, I have been eating more protein as well with these and thy have shown some improvement. I am not a doctor and these have not been tested under any strict conditions but my level of walking has improved , I feal my legs have returned more to my older self and able to walk a little further without pains in my legs. In my own opinion these have helped me.

These haven't done much for me but neither have i noticed any bad side effects. The evidence for the effectiveness of this type of supplement seems very mixed.
