Great for blocked noses and respiratory comfort in general. However, smells different from the one I bought from Thailand. Now which one is the original is a big confusion in itself that can never be settled unless one buys it from the factory itself. However, this does the job just right. The camphor clears away congestion very effectively while the herbs give a good mild smell to the thing. Totally suggested for people with allergies, asthma or COPD.
