i see results in the FIRST USE! i used the highest level immediately and it BARELY hurt! its super quick to use and has lasting results, so its effective. its also easy to handle as its not super chunky and a good size. it is a bit hard to see through the glasses as it tints everything a dark green color, but thats to be expected since it blocks out light to protect your eyes! overall very lightweight and my BEST investment, DO NOT skimp out on an IPL! in the past i bought a $60 one and it was 10x as painful and burned my skin! i can tell that this IPL ONLY zaps the hair, and that contributes to how painless it is! the closer the shave, the less it will hurt! it also depends on where you're zapping, but overall its one of the most effective and BEST methods for the pain level.

Extremely disappointed! Plugged in for first time use, it will not power on - tried different outlets and everything. It's a total dud.. I missed the window to return by 1 day - was ordered as a gift and just opened.
