I'm very happy with this, I definitely have been feeling a more elevated mood and energy since taking it, and I love how it goes down so smooth like all the VitaBetter vitamins and supplements. I don't think I'll ever take tablets again after experiencing the quick absorption, no more big pills for me plus this goes right into your blood stream for faster and longer absorption.

I've taken Vitamin D3 for years now and I love how much better I feel when I take it. This product has made a huge difference! I am used to my one d3 pill and not really feeling too different from "normal" me. This one is a noticeable difference in my mood and the way I face my day.The 4 is because of the dropper and the thickness of the product. In order to get one "half teaspoon," it takes two and a half droppers just because of the "cling" the product has. I usually just swish the dropper into a glass of water to clean it off.

The flavor is so bad that my wife will not even take this product. And this is coming from my wife who will drink greenjuice and all manner of supplements. She says it tastes like rancid fat.

This is very easy to take. I mix this with juice or crystal light each morning and cannot taste it. I am not sure how well it is working yet as I have only been taking it for a few weeks.
