Love this steamer! Works great and produces a good amount of steam for both hardwood and tile floors. I used chemicals on my floors for years and decided to switch to this steamer and am so glad I did. I do miss the scent the mop and soapy water provide but, my floors are shiny and clean after using this steamer. It’s easy to use and the water tank lasts for multiple rooms. It’s a great value for the money and amazing quality!

This thing is GREAT ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The media could not be loaded. I NEVER do reviews. EVER. I was skeptical about this steam mop bc there are so many and you never really know if one will do what you want it to do. Well this one does that and more. I didn’t want one with attachments bc those usually just end up in a closet somewhere. I wanted something basic to clean my floors without leaving a sticky residue like the swiffer.First- this thing is quiet. It is the ONLY floor cleaning device I own that my dog doesn’t bark atSecond- just water, no chemicals, floors looked amazing and water reservoir was large enough to get the job done without having to refill. I did my kitchen living area (that does have a large area rug, dining room and two small hallways and there is still water in it.I hope they keep this review near the top and maybe even Bissell might even give me a prize lol but this is worth the money. It works effectively and almost feels like a self propelled lawn mower if that makes sense.ALSO the pads on the bottom are much larger than I anticipated. Which means it gets the job done faster.Video -This is wear my trash can sits. My hands stuck to whatever that gunk is on the floor. It was a sticky mess. Ignore the base boards - I cleaned them after but I can’t tell you the last time I cleaned under it. It did a bang up job I thought. Check it out. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

VERY EFFECTIVE.
This steam mop is very effective. The pictures I’ve added in my review are of the floor the walk-in Deli refrigerator where I work. The first 3 pictures are before pictures, one far, one medium, and one close. It doesn’t have the largest water capacity but the water management is very good so it lasts a decent amount of time.To prevent a TLDR text wall, I will bullet point.Pros.>Heats up to max temp of 212 degrees within 30 seconds, even in a 35 degree environment.>ease of use, glides easily on floor, requires little user input to move.>digital display is clearly visible>cord length>No bigger than needed.>you have an option for no steam if you just want a rotating mop.>allows usage at many angles.>headlights>hella quiet>washable padsCons>cord holders only fold in, requiring complete unwinding of cord.>sometimes hard to align pads>easy to reach pad saturation limitI’ve attached a picture of one mop pad set before and after cleaning them the first time at work. The last set of pictures are after photos.

Easy to use and good steam.
Nice solid "feel." Have had other steamer units for our ceramic tile floors. The rotating brushes in combination with the weighted base eliminates the need for manual scrubbing. Good steam. Long cord. Easy to use. Happy with the purchase.

Steam is NOT necessary to use this product and get a very clean floor.
This is a great product. Even though we have floors that the steam should NOT be used on, we purchased this item to help with cleaning our floors anyway. What I do is start the cleaner on a safe spot in the garage on a piece of flooring. Once the steam has began to flow, I then put it on the floor that we have in the house, WITHOUT THE STEAM, going. The rotating floor pads as well as the wonderful smelling floor cleaner makes the floor so much more cleaner than just a regular mop and also provides a wonderful clean scent throughout the house. We do have some flooring in our basement that is a safe place to use the steaming method of cleaning. I can tell you that it makes a huge difference on the floor look with or without the steam. I have been very pleased. I love squeaky clean floors in our home.

Scrubbing - sure. Cleaning - not really.
I bought this steaming scrubber for use on my ceramic tile and hardwood floors. This works well as a final step of cleaning, but it will not clean floors by itself - All it does is swirl the dirt around. The steam is not a high enough quantity to effectively kill germs and the water tank is fairly small. I have to fill the tank twice to do my kitchen floor, entryway through hallway floor, and powder room floor. Bear in mind, that's after I already cleaned the floor with another method, since this doesn't clean well by itself.

I’m impressed so far. It recommends using distilled water.
Out of the box, I’m impressed. It was very easy to assemble, it propels itself, and it’s very quiet. The reason’s I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it recommends using distilled water to extend durability and no products should be used to make it smell fresh.I posted pictures after 1st use. I should state though, it’s been a long time since I lifted my carpets and cleaned my hardwood floors. The 2nd picture is a wipe that I used on the floor to see if it was still dirty. There was a small amount of dirt, but given how long it had been, I’ll go over it a second time.
