Look, you're buying a "healthy" noodle, so you already know it's not going to be top tier instant noodles, but for what it is, it's pretty good. I like the high protein and the low sodium. I'll be honest, if you're solely looking for a low calorie alternative to traditional ramen, I'd say go for Shin Light. The calories are comparable for a much tastier product. But if you are wanting low sodium, this does the trick just fine. The noodles are really where you can tell a difference. They've got more bite than a traditional noodle, so I'd recommend the full cook time. Speaking of, that is 10 minutes, which is much longer than you'd expect for ramen, so that's a factor. Flavor of this broth is pretty good. I'd go so far as to say it's better than instant chicken top ramen or maruchan, which I thought was impressive given the fact that this is a low sodium product. It IS filling, which I appreciate. As you can tell from the pictures I included, I jazzed mine up. I'm dieting, so having high volume low-calorie foods helps me a lot. I cooked some zucchini noodles in with the ramen and added some shredded cabbage in the last minute of cooking. I added some egg whites for extra protein, and I also added about a tsp of gochujang, the juice of one lime, and some green onions and culantro for flavor. (I'd do this with any ramen, for the record. I like having veggies in mine and lime juice is my fave in ramen.) So, I recommend trying it. As I said, if low cal is your only concern, Shin Light is better, but for low sodium and with the additional fiber and protein, this really isn't bad. It's a bit pricey, but if you have the occasional ramen craving, having this on hand is good.

I purchased the Black Garlic "Chicken". I really wanted to love this, or at least like it, as is. I'm used to plant-based food, but I'm afraid the texture is strange and so is the taste. I didn't care for it until I added some plant-based chicken nuggets and now I like it. There was no bad smell and it was packaged very well. I may even reinstate the subscription.

I didn't find it as tasty as regular ramen

great quality and taste. I don’t even add items, I just use this as a meatless high protein ramen soup. I use both cups of water to make it brothier. Having a great tasting protein meal without animal products is rare for me.
