4/11 update: I bought the upgraded controller and installed it, was pretty easy to install, had to pull battery and unscrew mounting plate, side plate where the left crank arm as well but that’s just a few screws and screw in the power cable that goes from the new controller to the hub. After the install I took it out and all I can say is OMG!! This thing is now a rocket on throttle with the new controller, steady 35mph and I weight 220lbs. Most definitely changed this from a monster into an absolute BEAST.This was a breeze to assemble and had it put together in 30mins. Charging is super quick compared to other e-bikes. The color display is magnificent in all ambient light conditions and easy to change PAS levels on the fly. The full suspension works well but does take a little getting used to with the 4” wide tires, I can honestly say this is the best e-bike I’ve ridden, plenty of power from the BAFANG 1000W motor, hydraulic disk brakes stop with ease. Customer support is top notch and able to upgrade to controller to achieve 35+mph on throttle, range is accurate and I’m surprised how far I can go on a full charge.I live near New Smyrna beach in Florida so I see all types of e-bikes riding the beaches here, this one gets so many compliments! Definitely the best purchase I’ve experienced on Amazon. Get one and enjoy the ride!

We got this bike a little while ago, and it has been great! The battery seems to last forever, and it has all the features that you need for riding on street or on rough terrain. I have about 150 miles on it now, and I just bought a second one for my husband. We have some other bikes but they pale in comparison; this has the bigger tires, front AND back shocks, it is comfortable to ride and makes hills disappear. It is built like a brick house, solid and well constructed but not so heavy at the end of the day; the display is bright and easy to use. I JUST FOUND THE USB port for my phone!!! Wow.All I can say is that I loved it so much, I had to get another. With all the choices out there, it is good to have a solid product at a fair price, a good company and good support behind it, fast delivery, good price and value for the money.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I rarely write reviews, but this bike is amazing.First, it’s packed very well; you should plan on 45 minutes to assemble it but it was very easy to put together. The quality of this bike is more premium than I expected and I was pleasantly surprised to see the graphics were better than the photos online show. The tires came fully inflated, the battery was fully charged and I was happy to see I can simply open a rubber grommet along the downtube and plug it in to charge it. The battery is both loxated in the down tube and secured by both a twist latch and a keyed lock so it can not be taken. The hydraulic brakes came well dialed-in with no adjustment needed and the shocks came set at a reasonable staring point with an easy adjustment knob.The bike is fairly heavy which is probably part of the reason it rides so smooth. The E acceleration is simple to use, intuitive and easy to counter when you need to slow down. The rubber control pad is easy to use also with clear buttons it is locked conveniently within finger reach along the left handlebar. The led display is adjustable by viewing angle and has simply to navigate choices on the screen. The cables came pre-sorted and zipped together for a no hassle assembly. There were extra zip ties provided but I didn’t think they were needed anywhere. The seat is both adjustable in height and also forward and backwards as well. The bike comes with plastic adjustable fenders for both the front and rear tires; I decided I didn’t need them since I rarely ride over wet areas. The kickstand is mounted at the left rear, out of the way but it firmly supports the bike.I have to say the battery lasts a surprisingly long time, even when I experiment with barley pedaling. This bike is an absolute pleasure to ride.I can think of two minor improvements that could be made. The display is not as bright in the sunlight as I would prefer and the provided chain lock is too short to route the lock through the frame, front tire and a rack/something.All in it is exceptional.
