I love this little case. It looks and feels good an is (externally) robust. Some of the inner compartments feel a little flimsy (the internal zip in particular) but it fits all my diabetic gear in an organised and easy to access way. I love it. Almost perfect, I would recommend.

It's a nice case and the quality is fine for the price. The problem with it is that the compartments aren't sealed in any way. So when you've got your various glucose testing bits in each compartment and you carry the case somewhere or turn it upsidedown, the bits fall out. For simply keeping it all in one place, it works well as a storage unit. If you plan to carry it around though, look for something else with sealed or zipped individual compartments.
