These unsalted Raw Pumpkin Seeds from Now Foods do not disappoint!! They arrived very well sealed in an resealable ziplock bag which keeps them fresh. Great quality, consistency, very tasty, crunchy and best part no added salt or preservatives making them a healthy snack! I personally do not refrigerate because I do not like them cold. The price is very reasonable for the quantity & quality you receive! Included pics with expiration date as well which don’t expire soon. I will definitely order them again!

The pumpkin seeds arrived sealed, and fresh. Despite being raw and unsalted the taste was good. Definitely a good option when you're looking to take care of parasites and gut health. A premium product!!! There are about 15 servings per bag at1/4 cup per serving, and 180 calories per serving. Smell is minimal, and it comes in a greenish colored seed that is small in size. The overall appearance of the seeds are uniform.

Late last year, I added these NOW Foods pumpkin seeds to my diet in order to obtain their nutritional benefits. At the same time, I also purchased a package of NOW Foods flax seeds, and hemp seeds from another source. I'm careful to follow manufacturers' instructions to preserve a product's nutrients and freshness. This maker recommend refrigeration after opening, but there wasn't enough space in our refrigerator for this, so I've kept all three bags of seeds in the garage, which approximates a refrigerator in terms of temperature at this time of year. The zip closures on the two opened products from NOW Foods have failed. In each case, one of the two strips has released from one side of the bag, leaving the actual zip closure components tightly sealed, but allowing the bag to be open at the top. Interestingly, the hemp seeds in a similar zip-style package from a different brand, remain properly sealed in a bag that has not suffered from this same failure. I'm completely satisfied with the quality and taste of these pumpkins seeds, but have not given it a full 5-stars due to the failure of the bag closure's inability to preserve freshness. I've resorted to folding over the top and using a clip to do that.

We have already ate one bag , this was a good price and good product , I also put these in my dogs food to help deworm , they was fresh , great quantity for price , smelled fresh and taste fresh , the appearance was good and these are raw pumpkin seeds with no salt so they are bland and raw not roasted with salt , but still taste good to us and we are eating them for health reasons

I ordered these raw, unsalted pumpkin seeds and really loved them. I mainly use them in homemade granola and as a topping for salads, and they work perfectly in both. In granola, they hold their shape well, and add a nice texture. For salads, I would recommend to roast them lightly to bring out a crunchy flavor. The fact that the ingredients list includes only raw pumpkin seeds is a big plus for me. The package also comes with a ziplock seal, which helps keep the seeds fresh between uses. Compared to what I find in local stores, the price is very reasonable for the quality and quantity. Just for comparison, I’ve already made two large batches of granola and two toppings for salads, and I still haven’t run out. I’ve only bought them once so far but I’ll definitely restock as soon as this package runs out.
