Very capable PC, High Value
This is a VERY fast PC. Wow. It is a lot of bang for the buck with lots of RAM and solid state storage. Nice build quality and lots of I/O. I am impressed. The screen images are high quality.

Horrible Experience
Do NOT buy. Ordered January 2nd and two are not functional. Trying to get refund and return has been nothing but a hassle so far. Purchased as new and I believe we received refurbished.

Buyer Beware of reconditioned laptop sold as new
5/6/2025 For a followup I purchased replacement memory for the laptop to resolve the issue. Shortly afterward I was contacted by the reseller and they promptly reimbursed me for my memory purchase and apologized for the inconvenience. Explained that the system is new, but they do change configurations sometimes before being shipped.Laptop failed after one month with memory error. Contacted DELL for warranty and they were going to replace memory but then said they wouldn't honor the warranty because laptop owned by Chinese company and i'm in U.S.Worst was there are two memory sticks manufactured by two different companies. Obviously, laptop was not new and was not listed as not new. Someone had replaced a memory stick to repair. Buyer beware of this Amazon reseller.

Not good if you are a Power-user
The computer‘s processor is weak for a power user. I use cloud computing at my office and when working remotely, the display is slow and pixelated. It couldn't run my macros like a mac. I had to return it.
