If your thinking about buying just do it it’s a life changer!
This machine is very good for beginners and starting a business ,the instructions are nit as better as the YouTube tutorials so I do recommend watching YouTube for tutorials or instructions. Another recommendation is that size 40 isn’t big enough for adult heads it fits my teen’s head and my newborn’s head but won’t fit mine so I recommend to go ahead and buy 48 stitches so you can make any size with it. And another thing I did have to refund this items because my whole machine was shattered into pieces and it took 2 days for another one to come but other than that this is a very good product and it’s very easy too use,and if your thinking of buying pls too it’s a life changer I won’t be using a crochet hook in a while. Happy turning!!!

Better than Loops and Threads model!
Pros: -affordable -suction cups included make a huge difference -smooth, both in how the machine works and also the needles. It doesn’t snag the yarn when in use -yarn included -I like this one more than the Loops and Threads machine I got at Michael’s! It’s quieter and smoother. I had to glue suction cups on the last machine I had, and continually had to reglue them on, as the wiggling of the machine would loosed the glue from the suction cups. Great design! Cons: -it is all plastic, so obviously it’s not going to hold up as long as a fancy one like an Addi. But this size is perfect for headbands, and Addi doesn’t make a 40 needle knitting machine -the darning needle included doesn’t fit in between the spaces well, when picking up your cast off row. I have one from my last machine (Loops and Threads) and it fits much better. -this had clearly been a return, which made me cautious about whether it would work or not. The box was dinged up, the bags were ripped, and 1 screw was missing, that’s used to make the legs more securely attached. Not necessary, but they do help.

40 needle
This is the second one I am having to send back. I received my replacement yesterday. Opened it today. The original box looked like it had been taped back up. I pulled the machine out and put the legs on it and one of them had markings from a marker on it. The machine has scratches and looks like it had already been used. I'm asking for a refund on this one and going to try a different seller because this one is just sending out the returned ones instead of sending out new ones. When I loaded my yarn into the machine and started cranking, I could tell it was already going to be hard to crank as the crank itself was very tight. And I didn't even have my yarn on the tension device. About 6 rows in, it skipped 6 stitches in a row on the same row. The first one I had did the same thing. Sending this one back as well.

Item as described and arrived quickly
I just got this size to make ear warmers, headbands, smaller wear. I’m giving it 4 stars because it has no row counter and that is an important element to using the machine. I purchased a digital counter separately. I also had to fuss a lot with working out using Velcro, how to steady the machine while in use. Have made several items that turned out nicely in the past couple days. Machine itself works well.

Glad they updated this model in 2024
The knitting machine wants to work well, and had some hiccups to threading every time we tried to use it. We had to work with a manual loom to understand how to adjust it as it sticks and doesn't always turn well. It had all the pieces but looked like it was previously returned. We knew the ratings weren't the best but have it a try anyway

My daughter loves it! Works great
This was a Christmas gift and I am happy with it. My daughter loves it and she started a business with it! Machine makes good quality Bennies and it is super easy to work with. Quality is not bad, all plastic, some parts feel delicate so be careful. I bought a piece of wood for more stability because it moves a lot when using it. Sometimes it gets messy so it requires a learning process but not too hard. It has a counter to know how many you have done, a regular hat is around 130-140 spins. For the money, is good enough. Enjoy seeing my daughter using it instead of watching tv..

Affordable beginner machine
Great machine for price. I wanted the 40 needle to make scarves and child hats. Also makes good sized socks for slouching around the house. There is a learning curve, but many online videos to find out how to cast on and repair mistakes. Bought the Sentro because living on SSI, I could not afford the German made Addi machine. So far, I have not broken any needles. First couple of cast on rows it lags and binds a bit, but that is typical of most machines. I have tried several yarn weight types and I have made socks out of doubled 2 weight Alpaca blend, and 4 weight. Have not tried 5 or above yet. Overall, am happy with it until it breaks or I can afford an Addi.

2 star for sellers attempt
Product was broken once I tried it. I know the difference settings and I was in the setting for panels before anybody reaches. It just kept making a noise that sounds like something on the inside is broken. I was super excited because I want to knit my cousin a baby blanket as a baby shower gift. Baby shower is in July so I ordered ahead of time to give myself a grace period. After putting in for a replacement waiting for the replacement to come and had the same problem. Again super excited to go ahead and start my project. It’s cheaply made. The handle was so wobbly and you can tell immediately that it’s broken. At first I was thinking maybe it got broken in shipping but after the second one was the same I’m not so sure about that. The seller was very quick to respond but honestly what needs to be done is some work behind the scenes of making the product. You don’t want to give your clients or customers a product that they can’t use. We are spending our money in hopes for whatever we purchase to work. Please look into what the problem is and come up with an efficient way to fix it and then sell. Customers will be satisfied and your business will continue to grow. Now I’m probably not going to try and reorder and have to rethink my entire gift. I didn’t look at the reviews so I blame myself. Handle and cranking method is broken. Needs to be fixed. Appearance straight out the box is fine. Value for money “will invest in better quality products for future references”. 2 star for sellers attempt to try to help but no resolution. I got a reply but haven’t gotten the problem solved through seller.
