I'm positively surprised with this Omega-3 product by Fjord Labs Pros: -Easy to swallow and easy on the gut -High concentration at 900 EPA and 600 DHA per daily serving of 2 softgels -Triglyceride (TG) form which studies show is key for absorption and digestion -IFOS certified - it's great to see the lab results with very low heavy metals and oxidation. Cons: - a bit large but not an issue as they are easy to swallow - higher price point than the top-selling Omega-3s but better value given the TG form, high concentration and certified quality. The cheaper ones tend to be EE which has lower production costs. This one is also better value than comparable options with high concentration in TG. Overall very happy and would recommend

Large tablets, 2.4cm long 😳 but I take them with food so that they don’t get stuck half way down. No fishy smell, no repeating on you - excellent quality (no fillers, tested for purity, 3:2 EPA:DHA) and sustainably sourced - very happy with the value for money and the level of triglycerides and omega 3 - obviously it’s hard to know just how much health benefits you get from taking a supplement as it’s quite subjective but I’m happy to keep taking them on the off chance that they’re doing me good as a 61 year old woman

I purchased this Omega-3 supplement on recommendation to help with my dry eyes. The quality seems excellent — IFOS certified, high strength, and in triglyceride form which is meant to be better absorbed. I've only been using it for 3 days, so it's too early to comment on results, but the capsules are easy to take and don’t leave a fishy aftertaste, which is a big plus. I’m giving 4 stars purely due to the high price — it’s definitely on the expensive side. That said, if the long-term benefits match the quality, it may well be worth it.

I ordered these according to amount of Omega 3 per Capsule and also because these are IFOS Certified, which will give you peace of mind regarding the quality. I checked myself on the IFOS website as it will list all the companies that have IFOS certifications, and it was there, so I am happy. I will probably buy it again once I finish the bottle.

When I found out that my Omega-3 levels were low, I was recommended this supplement because it absorbs better and has a certified high quality. The concentration is excellent, with 1500mg of EPA+DHA per 2 softgels. I'm taking one in the morning and one in the evening. Even if a bit large they are easy to swallow and didn’t have any aftertaste. After 3 months, my Omega-3 levels are good and my lipids have also improved. I recommend it.

As others also said, the product came all melted and glued together. I suppose it's a problem that can happen for its oily composition. The product being in triglyceride form, with ifos certification and a good quantity, I'll try again and hope for the best.
