Dreadful delivery service.
I actually quite like this fridge freezer, so far, but haven't given 5 stars because the water isn't cold. My old Samsung dispensed lovely cold water, this is just tap water cold, not even that really. Also, we could just do with one more shelf in the fridge part. There's a very deep part at the bottom, I suppose you could stand bottles up in that part, but otherwise, that space seems a little wasted. Onto the delivery - absolutely dreadful. The 2 delivery people, one man, one woman, couldn't lift for toffee. They made a very half hearted attempt to get it through the front door then declared they couldn't and wouldn't take the packaging off to try without it. They left it in our garage instead and my poor, aging husband and son in law had to bring it in. Im not sexist in the least, but I don't understand why you would have a slight woman, lifting a big American style fridge freezer, in the first place. Come on Amazon!

Il just say this absolute nightmare No help from Amazon of indeed the maker of this fridge freezer Didn’t even come with a manual I would seriously avoid this and buy a decent make like Samsung something that works out the box It’s a brand new American fridge freezer Avoid buying this brand at your pearl You have been warned just a hunk of steel No help whatsoever Thanks yet again amazon
