I have been using this product for 7 years, and it performs well. It is effective at keeping the crabgrass. The granules are quite large and yellow, so I would make sure your spreader can accommodate them. Read the instructions before using this product because, since the granules are large, you will think you need more coverage, but you do not. Trust the process. If you time this product with the ground germination temperature for crabgrass, it will be very effective. I apply the prodiamine once a year in early spring, and it gets the job done for the entire year. Due to rain runoff, there are rules for how much fertilizer we can use in my area, and I was researching what would get the job done with less product, and this definitely fits the bill. Seven years with little crabgrass.

Very pleased with this product. I applied at the correct time, and now in December, very little (if any) Poa Annua has germinated. For the past several years that winter weed has been a horrendous problem in our yard. Worth the time, effort, and money. So far, so good!
