This is my second watch from Cult. It is working very well. Bright amoled display, good battery life, enough fitness tracking options.I had to return earlier watch as the crown malfunctioned. Cult service was prompt and refunded fully as per warranty terms.

The watch Ranger xr1 stopped working after 4 months of purchase. I logged a case with cult support. 1st they sent me a new charging cable, which didn't work. Than they didn't had black strap available with the watch they wanted to send as an exchange so I accepted whatever they can provide. Now they want the faulty watch with all the accessories to be collected in a day, but will send me the replacement product after a week or more. I fail to understand, how come it's an exchange. And if you can send someone to collect the faulty watch, why can't you also send the watch along with. I would request @Amazon to black list cult support on its portal as it's okay going to ruin Amazon's credibility.

Various tracking mode, true amoled display, end to end tracking, useful reminders and amazing build quality, strap feel on hand can be better.

I have used the watch for 3weeks and I say the watch is good.If you're use all the function then the battery will stay for 5 to 6 days with full Charge.Good sound quality and many function that are new and great to use.Design is good for sport and rough use.Give extra Strap for long lasting.

The watch looks good and is comfortable to wear. The call volume is too low so that feature is nearly useless. But the battery back very bad. I need to charge the watch every 2 days so the tall claims of 8 days is untrue. Also, the charging cable and the magnetic strength are a bit troublesome. The watch would charge only in a specific position. Unfortunately, i missed the return windows to health issues else would have returned it. Isn't worth the money.

I'm sharing my review after 3 weeks of usage and 1 replacement.The watch is good looking, strong and sturdy, good brightness, good UI and an integrated led torch except for the below flawsI had been using Amazfit Trex from past 3 years untill last month it started malfunctioning and then I decided to buy this rugged watch of cult fit.The watch is flawed at multiple levels:1. The battery percentage is always mentioned in the multiple of 10s and never precise2. On any high intensity workout it fails to record accurate HR.3. The pedometer is accurate except for walking and jogging mode as it fails to capture accurate step count on any other modes like soccer, badminton.4. The cult fit app doesnt have feature to support multiple cultfit devices, like watch, pedometer, band, etc5. The watch cannot understand and measure sleep data any other time apart from the defined night sleep hours.6. There is no pause option during any activity to pause measuring health data when taking a break.7. The watch stores 5 watch faces but only 1 is changable, while the rest of the 4 watch faces are fixed8. The digital AOD shows invalid data(screenshot attached)9. No automatic brightness control10. If you dont sync the watch manually before the next day, then the steps between the last sync and midnight are lost.11. The challenges in the app misguide you and the last date of the challenge should normally be the last day whereas the challenges would end a day before the last date.Like challenge between 1july to 6july would show you count down of 2 days remaining on 4th of july and 6th is the last date but the challenge would actually end on 5th.

I have been using this watch from almost 2 weeks now, battery backup is okay if you will fully charge the battery it will last for 5 to 6 days, connectivity is also fine I am also using Samsung Gear S3 frontier which is from a higher price segment so we cannot expect the same kind of response from this watch or probably any other watch with in this price range however over all this a good watch with in this price segment other parameters pertaining to heartbeat steps and other functions are also not accurate the volume of the watch is not up to the mark, the only good feature I liked the most about this watch is the flashlight which is a rare function which justify the price so it's ok for me also it has a good build quality.
