Can't beat great customer service and how much they care about customer satisfaction and the quality of their products.The bed frame came in without the box being damaged, but some of the metal frame pieces were bent. My husband had to fix them in order to assemble the bed. That was very disappointing, but I was lucky he could fix them in order to get the bed frame set up.

This bed took a lot of effort to put together. I can usually put stuff together but this was out of my league and I was very grateful for my kind loving neighbors who put it together with/for me. The headboard is pretty flimsy. In my younger wilder days this thing would get broken quickly. So if your into bedroom acrobatics you may not want this particular bed. The actual bed frame is sturdy and the drawers I have mixed feelings about because when you tuck in the sheets and blankets etc the edges of them fall into the drawers and it makes using them difficult. There needs to be something solid to put over the slats which should not be too difficult to figure out but.... The frame is stable and it isn't noisy. I only wish I had paid better attention to the headboard height. With my 12 inch mattresses there is still a space between the top of the mattress and the bottom of the headboard. Amazon has pillow things to fix that but that another 100 bucks or more. I'd say if you have a 14 inch or more mattress then it would be fine. I'm not sure if the value was good but I'm okay. It's not like I'm going to take it apart and return it. So I'm okay with my purchase.

I’ve had the bed frame for months now and I was tired of beds where the boards underneath would break. I use my frame without a box spring and the bed is very sturdy. No flaws.

I recently purchased the Upholstered King Size Bed Frame with the wingback headboard and I couldn’t be happier with it! First off, the light grey linen upholstery looks incredibly stylish and matches my bedroom decor perfectly. The wingback tufted headboard adds a touch of elegance that really elevates the overall look of the room.One of the best features of this bed frame is the four storage drawers. They are spacious and perfect for stashing extra blankets, clothes, or other items I want to keep out of sight but easily accessible. This makes the bed frame not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly functional for smaller spaces.Assembly was surprisingly easy once my son helped me out; I got confused on the screws. We were able to put it together in a couple of hours without needing any professional help. The wooden slats provide solid support, and I love that it doesn’t require a box spring, but I still used my mines because I like my bed to sit kind of high. The overall construction feels sturdy and durable, and I feel confident that this bed will last for years to come.The comfort level is also excellent. I’ve had a great night’s sleep since setting it up and didn’t wake up with any back pain. The support it offers is just right. The bed frame feels very stable, and the platform design eliminates any creaky noises, which I’ve had with previous frames.

For under $350 you can’t expect much, and this bed frame hit the right spot for price and quality. Assembly took about 2 hours with 2 people. I think the bed frame with the dual legs is very stable and of good quality. Definitely not something you want to move with.The bad:1) if you go with the light beige, look at the photo with its color “at night” it looks like that all the time. Definitely much darker than advertised and it looks a little funny next to our white side tables.2) speaking of side tables, if you have them they need to be moved to get to the pull out drawers. Not something we thought about.3) the frame seems to be a bit long. We are running an older sealy posturepedic reserve mattresses and there is a significant gap at the base of the bed4) you can see the brass headboard bracket in the corners of the headboard. Not the best quality there

I love this bed! I was concerned about the quality compared to price, but I was impressed by the quality. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the storage drawers are really more of a pain to properly close than they’re worth. I wish they were magnetic, had a track or even just a larger knob. Lining up the small knob on the frame to the small hole in the drawer is really difficult.
