When I received these, I was surprised at how heavy they are. I've been using stainless steel baking sheets for years; having grown up with aluminum ones I used to think the stainless sheets were heavy. These are heavier still. But that's just relative - they are definitely not TOO heavy to be practical.Now, having cooked with them, I am absolutely delighted. I've avoided using any kind of non-stick bakeware in the past because I didn't trust that the coating was safe, starting with Teflon in my youth. But I feel pretty secure now in using an enameled surface, and am stunned at how well the coating on these pans prevents sticking. It's truly a pleasure to cook with them! I'm sure I'll come to take this for granted, but right now I have to say I'm almost startled at how easy it is to clean up afterwards. And so far I've seen no evidence of warping or popping in the oven - take the pan out and it sits evenly on a flat surface. Also, I love the smaller sheet. This is the one I've used most so far...it's so easy to handle, and it's big enough for most of what I use a baking sheet for.I've rearranged my storage so as not to stack these pans with the others. It seems like there might be some fragility to the enamel, so I'm trying to be careful. I hope they aren't that delicate. It will be interesting to see how they hold up to everyday use. Will try to remember to update my review after a few months. For now I am absolutely thrilled with the Caraway baking sheets.

I have several Caraway pieces, and every one of them has inspired me to cook or bake more. I hate cleaning up baking and stovetop cooking messes, and Caraway products have a finish on them that nearly negates any tough clean up. I love that about all of their products and these are no exceptions. They come with very thorough usage, care and cleaning instructions, so following those should give me years of use.But how do they work? Typically I use parchment paper on my baking sheets, and that's one of their recommended usage instructions. You can also use liquid oils, but NO cooking sprays. You can also just use flour, to keep things moving around easily and keep clean up effortless. These heat evenly, and though they have a note about heated pans popping or warping (but then returning to shape) I haven't seen that. These cannot be used under a broiler, or for oven temps over 500 degrees, but I don't bake anything that would require either, so I'm fine with that. Everything I've baked has come off effortlessly, and even when the juices from my meatballs slid under the parchment paper and cooked on the baking sheet, that mess came right off. These have to be the best and easiest baking sheets ever.

Out of the box, these feel like very nice, high quality baking sheets. I love the fact that there is a smaller sheet included for those occasions where you don't need as much room. The sheets are on the heavier side - I'm not complaining, but instead attributing it to the higher quality of these baking sheets. I've only cooked a few things thus far, but I can say that this surface performs as advertised. Food just slides across the surface and clean up is quick and easy. Unfortunately, I noticed that my cloth oven mitt (which is black) left a stain on the underside of the baking sheet, as if something bled from the mitt to the sheet. Next time, I'll try silicone to see if that makes a difference, but it is disappointing to have something as simple as an oven mitt leave on a mark on the sheet.

No one needs this. If you bake professionally, these pans are too nice for you to use. If you make a batch of cookies at holidays or fish sticks for your kids after school, these pans are overkill. If you're somewhere in the middle of those two extremes, and maybe you want people to see you are a fancy lady who has too much money, like, I guess you can buy this.I seriously feel like when I open my chintzy drawer of pans and see these, it feels like I stole them out of spite from my boss' boss' house after hitting an open bar too hard. They are beautiful, extremely functional and very well made.If you use real oil or fat to grease them, hand wash with Barkeeper's Friend, and don't go over 500 degrees, these pans will outlive you, your children and whatever AI godking devours and replaces our species. If you abuse them and leave them caked in bits of pizza bagels, or use them to broil bowls of french onion soup and then let them hiss in an ice bath to cool, yeah, they're going to get warped, gross and otherwise messed up.I for one will be respecting the Caraway, for I recognize in my earnest humility that I am truly not worthy of shrinky dinking on these Rockwellian pieces of art.

If you can call baking sheets beautiful, then these baking sheets are beautiful! I ordered the #Caraway Non-Stick Ceramic Baking Sheet Duo - Naturally Slick Ceramic Coating - Non-Toxic, PTFE & PFOA Free - 18 x 13" Large & 15 x 10" Medium - White to replace my old over used baking sheets.The Caraway baking sheets are not only beautiful to look at, but they are wonderful to use. There are 2 in the pack. One larger baking sheet with handles and a smaller one. The first thing I made was cookies. The heat distributed perfectly. All the cookies on the sheets were cooked the same. The second thing I made was roasted vegetables. Same result. The pans heated evenly throughout.I like that there are 2 sizes of baking sheets. This way I can select the size I need depending on what I am baking. Both sheets have lips so if I cook something with liquid or want to bake a cookie cake the lip will help hold the food inside preventing drips all over the inside of the oven.They are easy to clean with soapy water and a sponge. The non-stick surfaces are really nonstick.These are really high end baking sheets. They would make a fantastic gift.
