Once I decided to move beyond an introduction to pickleball, I felt I needed a better paddle than the one I was using from an inexpensive set. This caught my attention because of the carbon fiber face, the reasonable price, and the max shape. I have been using it a couple of months now, about 5 times a week, and it is holding up well. I still get as much spin as I got day 1, and I feel like I get good control on my drops. I get adequate power, but if that's your priority, this might not suit you. I can't compare it to the $200 choices, but I think this is a great paddle for newer players looking to improve their game. At this price, I'm considering buying a second as a backup.
