It was a desperate attempt to ease lower back pain. I followed the instructions which were quite simple. Unfortunately the product does not work at all. It's just a cheap bit of plastic that isn't even worth the effort to send back. It lights up when plugged in with a promising blue light that flashes until fully charged but that's all it does!!

I did not like using these as it felt more like getting an electric shock, i tried them for a few days but gave up, i know they say no pain no gain but using these was too painful for me.
