The pills are easy to swallow as usual. Once you open the bottle it's an immediate hit of oregano. I love it. Very strong oregano smell. I was worried these would cause detox too fast or hurt my sensitive digestive system but so far so good. And I actually feel better while taking them. These seem to be working as they are intended to.

I'm excited to try this supplement, cause the quality of the product and ingredients look promising. The bottle is nicely packaged, clear expiration date on the bottom, vacuum sealed. Capsules have a pleasant herbal smell to them, and so far didn't cause me any negative side effects. Only time will tell if they're doing anything for me, but to be honest I'm not in the worst state right now, so I don't have any significant obvious symptoms at the moment. But I know I'll definitely be able to tell how I feel in a month when I'm done with the bottle. I will report if there are any drastic changes in my opinion.

It started after the second or third night, and I couldn't finish the bottle because the itching was so horrible on my stomach, legs, arms, chest- like I'd been rolling in poison ivy. THAT being said - It didn't feel like I had any sugar cravings for two weeks, and could easily decline wine, candy, chips & ice cream.

This Nutrition Labs Candi Balance contains established ingredients like oregano leaf powder, caprylic acid, aloe, black walnut, wormwood, and reishi as well as the spore probiotic bacillus coagulans & enzymes. Importantly it includes reasonable amounts of those ingredients, not just a few mg so they can list them on the label. All I have to do is swallow 2 of these capsules daily with my lunch. So glad I found this supplement.
