A+++ excellent snacks the flavor and texture are my favorite of all the Hatch Chile is the best flavor and great on the go

These are the only smoked sausages that my son-in-law eats. He is a long distance truck driver and they make a nice snack for him, while he is on the road.

From another review I agree with the 'perfect about of heat'. I'm not one who wants something so blazing hot it loses all sense of flavor. This snack here fits the bill of quite tasty, the perfect size, & just spicy enough to satisfy. Now that I've found a very affordable source here I'll be sure to keep stocked up on these. They're fairly healthful and the taste. MmmmMmm.

Love these little spicy snacks, especially during a keto stint where the need to snack on something is sometimes overwhelming. These are just the right amount of kick to be noticed, but not too hot. Somewhere between mild and medium pepper heat, I'd say. They are a go-to for a wake-me-up jumpstart in mid-afternoon when I'm feeling nappy! Enjoy with abandon! We love this flavor of Duke's and it's almost impossible to find where we live. This is the second time I've ordered in bulk and more than one package was molded. I know it happens, just very disappointed as this is the second time. Sigh!
