Pleasantly surprised, excellent monitor
I rarely write reviews because most products perform as expected (as they should). However, sometimes a product is performs above what I expect and sometimes the product is substandard. In this case the KTC monitor outperforms every other monitor that I have owned (except my Apple 5K iMac). It is bright, crisp and colors are accurate. The screen is much better than my LG monitor. The case is made of plastic, the monitor only tilts, but I bought it for a second monitor so I wasn't wanting to spend much. I am very pleasantly surprised at it performance. If you are looking for a good quality monitor at a great price get this one.

Best 4k monitor for console gaming
Awesome UI, minimalistic appearance, clean & simple. The 4k image is beautiful & awesome for the price it's totally worth it. Sucks that it doesn't have its own speaker but very reliable, no dead pixels after 2 months of use. I recommend this for anyone wondering if they should trust the brand. Never had a problem before. One more thing I use it on the ps5 & it's totally compatible with Vrr & Allm. The hdr is ok but usable as well. Great monitor!

Price and grest Quality
Great image! Works perfectly with my console or my laptop to screen share! The fps work perfectly and there is that 1 s time that is just super noticeable on a shooter game! Price and size is a plus for me as this is a monitor I ordered to have at my place in Colombia and it works great!

At $100, it's unbeatable. At $120, there are alternatives to consider.
It's as-advertised, but I'd say it's the specs they don't disclose that hold it back from "greatness." Still, there's plenty to like, and if you buy it on sale (I got mine for under just $100), the value proposition is definitely there.First the pros:- True 165Hz refresh, and support for variable refresh rate (VRR)- Good response time; not sure if it's actually 1ms, but it's not far off- Decent build quality, and nice slim bezels- Good IPS panel, no dead pixels on mine, with okay contrast for the moneyCons:- Color might be "125% sRGB," but that's still a long way from something like full DCI-P3; sitting next to my 8 year-old color calibrated Dell Ultrasharp, the color gradation on this monitor is worse, and it's also less accurate (even after tweaking)- Contrast ratio and/or white level; it's "fine" but the difference between white and black on this monitor is more like dark grey vs. very, very light gray, which brings me to- Brightness; they don't say what its peak output is, I'd guess something like 250 nits, 300 absolute top; it's not awful and usable even in a bright room, but that's what holds the contrast ratio back- LED backlight bleed at edges of the screen/bezel- Stand is cheap, but at least all-metal; get a$20 height adjust stand for use with 100x100 VESA if you hate itAll that said, none of the cons in any way stand as dealbreakers, especially at $100-120. At the upper end of that range it's worth looking at other monitors, but this is far from bad. At $100, there's not anything notably better. If you're coming from a 60 or 75Hz display (especially non-IPS), this thing is going to blow your mind. I wouldn't do any color-critical work on this, but as a gaming display or for general office use, it's great.

Unbelievable performance and value for my office and general use
First impressions review of H27T27. They also are selling H27T13. YMMV. I am not a gamer so this is not a review of suitability. Amazing that a display in this price range is even of interest to gamers. The display is beautiful. It is far brighter with far more adjustment than I will ever use. The picture viewing angle is reasonable, there is very little variation side to side when looking directly at the monitor, better than my laptop display. There is minimal backlight bleed, especially for an inexpensive ips panel. There is a stuck pixel, or possibly a cluster of 2 in the lower right corner--ymmv. They have an explicit pixel guarantee you can check out on their website. If anyone is looking for power buttons or controls, it is all in the joystick on the back right corner. Just hold down 3 seconds to power off. Menu is very intuitive.I'm using vesa 100 mount, so can't speak to the stand. The only issue is that the screws I have are a little long--they won't tighten down all the way. No mounting screws included. But no issue with stability or usability once mounted.I'm running this at qhd 75hz, which is all my hdmi-display port adapter will support. Can't verify 100hz. It's more than fine for me.All in all, I couldn't be happier. Hope it holds up.I hadn't heard of KTC. Turns out they are an established, global company. They have a real CS team that returned my email overnight. They confirmed that all of their monitors have a three-year warranty. This is from their website:For 27 years in the display hardware market, KTC is basically the OEM manufacturer for some premium and medium Monitor Brands. This monitor checked all the boxes and passes the eye test!
I do most of my gaming on the PS4/5 these days so I don't need to push frame rate on my PC as much. Out of the box this monitor was impressive at the price point. On sale $150 is a deal, and it was well packaged - comes with HDMI cable and a screwdriver so about 10 minutes from opening the box to connected. Got the refresh rate set, enabled FreeSync, adjusted the color saturation up a bit and its bringing nice contrast and deep colors. Really good monitor in this spec/price range.
