Finally found a product that leaves my skin silky smooth without leaving it oily. This cream is luxurious. Don’t need much either, a little goes a long way. It feels fantastic on the skin, and makes my skin look soft and fresh.

I've got really dry skin and finding something that helps has been hard. But this Golden Hydrating Cream worked wonders from the start, making my skin feel smooth. It's not oily and soaks in fast. My skin's softer and doesn't feel dry anymore. It's the only thing I use on my face, and I actually get excited to put it on each morning. It's been a big help for my dry skin.

This cream is extremely rich and a little goes a VERY long way so when you are deciding how much to use, take some out of the jar and immediately put at least half back. You'll still probably have way too much and will need to rub it into your neck, chest, or hands. Seriously, you only need to use maybe two or three pea-sized dots to cover your whole face. That said, this cream makes my skin very soft and it absorbs well. It has a heavy herbal/floral scent whose top notes I just cannot put a finger on--but my guess is that it's the Helichrysum Italicum oil that this is advertised to contain. It's not the best scent but luckily the scent fades fairly quickly. But if you are sensitive to scents, you probably won't like this cream. This comes in a heavy, green glass jar, which is attractive enough to leave on my bathroom counter. Inside the top of the lid is a small plastic spactula so you don't have to contaminate the cream by putting your fingers in the jar. I like when companies include these! I can't say this cream has actually reduced my fine lines that I have, but it DOES lessen the appearance of them by hydrating my skin. It plumps my skin well and it definitely leaves my skin very moisturized.

Has a very strange smell... I used it once but I did not like the smell so I haven't tried it again. It's not a strong smell but it's on my face so I constantly can smell it. My face did feel moisturized though.

I love how this cream makes my skin feel! It absorbs quickly so it’s great under makeup but it hydrates for hours and my skin is looking better as time goes by - my texture is improving, wrinkles are less visible and tone became more even. I’m excited to see what using it for a few months will do!

I’m always skeptical about trying creams, but the Golden Hydrating Cream won me over from the first use. My skins feels so moisturized & healthy. It’s like a drink of water for my skin. Plus it goes a long way, making it worth every penny.

This moisturizer is a silky blend of gold and hydration. It is a healthy, nutrient-rich anti-aging cream for radiant skin. I love the ingredients. I apply this, and right away, I do not need so much to get a pleasant silky feeling and a good basis for makeup, or none at all. It isn't greasy either; it is just lightweight, and it is easy to understand why many people will make the expenditure. I would typically avoid using something extravagant, but this texture and how it leaves my skin are extraordinary. I am reviewing something like this, knowing it is costly, and I want to make sense of that; however, I have a history of ordering high-quality cosmetics and skincare for review, and this one delivers on that. The jar is generous enough to justify at least a one-time expenditure, and now I am getting hooked. The scent is a question in my mind, however. This is a sweetly pungent herbal which surprises me. Something of this dollar value will be unscented or at least more subtle and would have broader appeal. I do love it, and in my case, there is no skin irritation. This is a lovely jar. It is lightweight, and the look is simple enough to be displayed on any makeup vanity. I I am happy to clear many other items to make room for this! This will make an excellent gift. I encourage it. The price tag might be prohibitive in some situations, but I am enjoying this cream, which can compete with many of the quality ones I have tried over the years. The immediate look and feel of using this product is very impressive. It almost instantly imparts a natural satin/matte radiant finish to skin, while plumping up fine lines and deeply hydrating my lips and under eye area as well. I love how my skin looks after applying this and giving it a moment to sink it. My tone is more even, my wrinkles minimized. My 40+ year old skin looks bright, dewy, and so healthy! This is a great base line to start with! In the morning I'm feeling so confident and applying less makeup, and at night I go to bed feeling pretty too! The second ingredient in this product is Helichrysum italicum, "which is a species of flowering plant, sometimes called the curry plant because of the strong fragrance of its leaves." There is no denying the presence of this ingredient, the scent of the cream is undeniably an herbaceous take on the scent of curry, not Indian Restaurant Curry, which would smell more savory and edible of course. This could be off putting for some, but I do not find that I notice this after just a few minutes. More importantly I would not this is the natural scent of the product, and not an added fragrance. It will time more time to discern if the the long term results of this product are as described, but given my initial reaction to this cream I feel most confident. I plan to keep using this and will update my review when I feel informed enough to make a judgement on that.
